2) That the agenda of the annual conference is the agenda submitted by the annual conference sessions committee and that the chair of the sessions committee is permitted to make last-minute changes to the agenda to maximize the use of time; and 3) That the Rules of Order for this session of the Annual Conference be the Stand- ing Rules so adopted by the Illinois Great Rivers Annual Conference; in situa- tions where these rules do not apply, the most recent edition of Roberts Rules of Order will apply; and 4) That the only printed materials to be distributed during this session are those items that are directly related to the agenda of the annual conference the presen- tation of a speaker, or facilitation of worship. (All items for distribution need the approval of the annual conference secretary); and 5) That the roster of secretarial staff and tellers named by the conference secretary be elected; and 6) That the conference secretary be authorized and directed to include as an adden- dum to the report of daily proceedings of the 2025 Annual Conference session the following: a) Summaries of the worship services, addresses, and awards posted on the 2025 Annual Conference session website but which were not included during the June 5-7, 2024 Annual Conference session; b) Summaries of all other reports in written form, submitted to the confer- ence secretary by the various boards, committees and agencies related to the Annual Conference and posted on the 2025 Annual Conference session website. The roster of the secretarial staff for the 2025 Annual Conference is: Rev. Cary Beck- with, Rev. Anne Ferguson, Rev. Chuck Kurfman, Rev. Pat Allin Legislative Item 101: Designation of Conference Historic Sites Subject : Designation of Conference Historical Sites Submitted by : Paul Black on behalf of the Conference Commission on Archives and History Estimated Financial Impact on the Annual Conference: None. Any costs would be absorbed by the Conference Archive budget WHEREAS, the Conference Commission of Archives and History is given the re- sponsibility to recommend to the Annual Conference sites for designation as United Methodist Historical Sites; and, WHEREAS, the former Central Illinois and Southern Illinois conferences had pre- viously identified several United Methodist Historical Sites within their respective borders; and, WHEREAS, at the time of merger of the two predecessor conferences no action was
