B. The following IGRC staff members shall be ex officio members (without vote) of the Personnel Committee and shall be eligible to participate in all regular meetings of the Committee: 1. A Conference Superintendent designated by the Appointive Cabinet 2. All Director-level Staff Members 3. The Executive Assistant of the Bishop, if so authorized by the Bishop C. The bishop shall be eligible to participate in all meetings of the Committee including executive sessions (BOD 2016, paragraphs 401 & 415.2) III. Provision for Executive Session Convened by the Bishop An Executive Session of the Conference Personnel Committee may be called at the discretion of the Bishop for the sole purpose of mediation and reconciliation. The Bishop may designate which ex officio members of the Committee shall be invited to participate. All ex officio members shall be notified and be given the right to respond and be heard by the executive session. The Chairperson and the other 8 voting members of the Committee elected through the nominations process shall be informed and invited to participate.
